I’ve worked as a manager and consultant in a wide variety of business environments, from sales to technical, from programme management to operational support. My cv includes a prize-winning Master’s thesis and service as an assessor for the European Quality Award.

I would describe myself as a “change agent”, but not just any old change! For me, there has to be a clear, values-led agenda, aimed at improving business performance, customer service and employee satisfaction.
